a. Stripe Payment Services

b. Zoom (Video Conferencing): Used to conduct remote coaching sessions. Zoom processes your IP address and session metadata.
- Privacy & Security: I use password-protected meetings and “Waiting Rooms” to ensure session privacy.

6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to:

In general, data is retained for up to 6 years from the end of our coaching relationship, unless required otherwise by law.
